Yesterday I wrote about a site, spoonfedart. Here is a picture of one of the two necklaces I have.

I sure feel for the people in the states with no electricity for 7 to 10 more days. Ice storms are real downers, excuse the pun there. I just can't imagaine being without power for that long. Everything but medical or safety emergenicies must just come to a standstill. There is never a good time for this to happen.

Tonight is our client's Holiday Dinner Dance. So that means I work another 3 & 1/2 hours for them and the county tonight. It makes for a very long work day. I also have to bring enough to eat to keep my blood sugar up. I can't eat the meal that is provided either. After the meal is a dance for them with a live band. They do so love the festivities. The weather also looks like it will cooperate this year. We have to smile the whole time, all the PR and politics. The county board people and big whigs will be there. Other than that, it will be the usual, I hope, work day for me. I just will be glad when I am home, in my bed tonight, and it is over. The clients go to so many holiday happenings, this is the only one I do, and it is required attendance. I at least decided what I was going to wear tonight. I haven't decided if I will go to CURVES today or just go tomorrow, because I don't want to drop my blood sugar too low with the exercising. Remember I can't eat many foods. This morning when I weighed myself, I dropped another pound. I don't usually check my weight everyday, but since last Friday morning my body just feels less, so I am checking. Can't think of anything else.
